Although many of our bags are made to order, we also have standard sizes for MTB and GRAVEL bikes.
We work with PTP cordura, X-PAC and TPU nylon materials. Our buckles come from ITW, our waterproof zippers come from Concordia. We only use COATS Dabond thread for sewing.
The lower part of the frame bag is tarpaulin, two layers of TPU nylon, the rest is one layer of woven, impregnated PTP or X-PAC. The bag closes with a compartmental, waterproof zipper. The Velcro straps are size 40 straps and provide a very strong hold. Of these, three at the top and bottom and two at the back attach the bag to the frame. Of course, it is also possible to order a split design with multiple zippers.

We made this gravel frame bag specifically for road frame geometry. Two parts, both parts can be used separately on the frame. The lower part of the frame bags is TPU nylon, two layers, the rest is one layer of woven, impregnated PTP. Both bags close with a compartmentalized, waterproof zipper. The Velcro straps are size 40 straps and provide a very strong hold. Of these, three at the top and bottom and two at the back attach the bag to the frame. When both bags are on the frame, they can be velcroed together.

The seatbag is a two-part, removable bag. The harness part can be attached to the seat tube with Velcro, and then the side straps can be threaded under the saddle bars and attached to the side buckles. The lower part and the seat tube side are thick tarpaulin material, the rest is woven PTP. The harness has two layers everywhere, due to the heavy use. The material of the bag is also impregnated PTP or X-PAC, which is a single layer. After folding the ends back, we can pull them to the seat post with straps, and then pull them back through the seat tube. Compared to similar bags, this gives much more stability, even on very bad terrain.

The harness of the handlebar bag is attached to the handlebars with two straps, and a third double strap tightens it up to the stem. This way, the bag in the harness does not press on the brake and shift cables, nor does it come loose during vibrations and does not touch the wheel. We sewed molle straps on the harness, so even smaller bags can be easily attached to it. The bag is made of ultra-light and very strong traditional PTP material. The diameter of the bag is 20 cm, the length can be changed between 40 and 55 cm. It closes with a buckle when rolled back.

It can be attached to the handlebar with Velcro straps, or to the frame, saddle bag, or to the fork with the lower TUK buckle. Its design is such that it can be installed on the right or left side. Adapted to the size of the standard half-liter water bottle, but also fits the 750 ml bottle.

Our fork-mounted bag is universal, it can be attached to gravel forks with standard screw eyes, and to telescopes with a quick release.
The accompanying bag can be attached very firmly to the 3D printed holder. The material of the holder is carbon fiber-reinforced PLA, ultra-light (40g) and very strong.
