Return Period
The buyer has 30 days from receipt to return the product.
Status
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, including all labels and packaging.

Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived in a defective or damaged condition.
Refund
The refund will be made after the product has been received and inspected. The refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange for another product, please provide the details to customer service and we will assist you with the exchange.

Anything that tears, splits, or breaks, we will repair it for free with a practically lifetime guarantee! Of course, there may be damage to the bag (e.g. a branch splits it in two) when it is not worth repairing. In such cases, unfortunately, we cannot replace it completely for free.
